Welcome to the Stratford-on-Avon District Volunteer Centre homepage.

The Volunteer Centre is part of a network of centres around the country and is a member of Volunteering England.

We support and promote volunteering in the local area by helping people who are thinking about volunteering to find a voluntary role that meets their needs, interests, skills, experience and available time.

We also provide volunteers for organisations and community groups through advertising their opportunities and recommending people who are interested in them.

The Centre also supports volunteer-involving organisations and groups in developing and maintaining good practice in their relationships with volunteers through formal and informal advice.

By working with a wide variety of organisations and groups in the district we are able to develop new opportunities for volunteering.

The Volunteer Centre aims to provide continued support to both volunteers and organisations through training and monitoring and through the South Warwickshire Volunteering Forum.

This site has information for volunteers and organisations in the Stratford-on-Avon district and provides contact information and current opportunities for anyone interested in volunteering.
